Keep trying till you find something that works!
Slow-carb per Tim Ferriss is similar to Atkins but easier (in my book) & it works for me (when I follow it):
Meat, beans & veggies; no fruit, sugar, pasta/bread/potatoes for 6 days a week. One day a week, you can eat ANYTHING.

OK Girlie ... we can do this today! You have till Tuesday actually to finish. I think it is end of day ... but you would want to do morning if that was when you weighed.

We can do this ... and now we are ready to gear up for the next one starting on August 26th I think it is. I am going to go ahead and sign up for it. Will send you the link afterwards.

Wahoooooooooooooo I'm so excited you joined me! I know you plan to beat me ... and that's just fine! We will do this together!

Dropped another 3+ lbs since weigh-out last week. So excited. That's 16.4 since I started. THAT IS A MIRACLE!
