Wow, you did it! That's awesome! I still have 2.2 to go but I lost 2.6 since starting the meal replacement shakes! Congrats!

That's great!! How did you do it? I lose weight at first, then struggle along. I exercise and eat right, but then get derailed at parties and social events.

Hi Fran ... sorry I didn't see this until now. Oh well ... I am doing 2 of my KVB Shakes/day and 1 healthy meal. Do the meal for lunch ... and shake at night. Kills the cravings. I love it ... and it is so healthy. Let me know if I can help. I sat up a discount if anyone wants to do the KVB Shakes as well.
