Heya! How are you liking The 4-Hour Body plan?

Hi Dawn! I used to really like 4HB but I find it a bit restrictive while we're travelling. I'm only following it loosely now (trying to minimise processed carbs, sugar and alcohol) and just focusing on making the healthiest choices possible. So I guess I should change that detail in my profile :) However, I found it was great when I was at home and socialising on the weekend because you're allowed (and encouraged) to go nuts and eat and drink whatever you want one day a week! Donuts, cheese and peanut butter sandwiches were a big feature of my Saturdays when I was on 4HB :)
