Hey! In our final week! Are you doing anything specific to achieve your goal?

I am continuing to run and/or walk daily. And eat right. Seems to work well for my schedule. And seeing results! I *love* it!

Changed my mind. I am going to set a goal. I want to lose at least another 12lbs. More is my goal. But for the next month and a bit, 12 is doable. Now that I've put it "out there," guess I have to follow through.

I'm also going to come out and say that I started at 184/181 (it depended on which scale I was using). Started eating well at the beginning of September. I don't know what I was so afraid. It was like I was liberated once I "detoxified" and stopped craving the sweets and the carbs, etc.

BTW, I found a recipe for a pumpkin chai latte (not really wanting coffee). Only 83 calories. Going to try it tonight. Will let you know if it's worth it. I hope so because I only have a wee bit more calories left today, and I wouldn't want to waste them. LOL.

Mmm! You'll have to share. I added pumpkin and spices to my chocolate shake today. Not quite the same. I think I'll have to try some pumpkin chai tomorrow!

You're doing well, too! I got "lucky" with a stomach bug, and lost a couple pounds with that. Otherwise, hard work and plenty of sweat. Love this feeling. How are you doing?

So great to know a few people here! Hope you are doing well. I'm feeling good about this as a motivation. I am *so* hungry right now... a PSL sounds just right. BUT I will resist!!! (Or will try hard to do so!). :)

You can do this!! It's attainable, just stay focused. PLenty of water and healthy snacks in between :)
