I am able to zip up a dress I could not even put on last year still have a ways to go but I can zip it

More consistant workouts with cardio aiming for 4 or 5 days I only did 3 so far

Keep my gallon plus a day consistent and workout more thinking about going swimming 3 days next week on top of my gym time
