Yes! My plan is to keep at it! Last night I was able ( for whatever reason) to shave two minutes off my swim time! So....that made my day....until a little teenybopper in the locker room told me she was training for a competition that required more distance in half the time! Sigh.....keep on truckin' !

have a great weekend!! I'm travelling this weekend. My goal is to stay on track eating wise even though i wont have time for much exercise. Hope your game is going great!!
