Kelly, I just read a comment you made about running a 5 K easily now and enjoying your workouts. I am inspired by you. I looked on your board and saw your pictures. Wow, you have done so great! You look so young. I see you have dona a diet bet before and are doing very well. I have began the Couch to 5K program, and only on week 3, but honestly have my doubts I will ever a runner or enjoy it. I can only do about 3 minutes on a tread mill with out dieing. I can walk 4 miles in almost an hour, but just can't jog. I am also on the 6 month 10% diet bet and hope to be at goal by then. Keep up the good work, you encourage us all!
