not a good week Food was a bad thing for me this week. I’m surprised there’s any movement, much less down.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Surgery recovery not going real well. No exercise possible. Don’t like this at all.

Eat less. Temptation was overwhelming.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It was my turn to bring donuts for church Sunday. I was able to make myself give the leftovers away to a church family with kids. A win for me. I would never have been able to do that before.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Failed at the men’s prayer breakfast. New restaurant. Couldn’t resist the biscuits and gravy. Went to the gym an extra hour to make up for it.
