I am gluten intolerant so for me it's hard resisting the bread even though it makes me feel horrible period gives me sinus problems

I have been sick practically since the beginning of December. So after I'm done my medication that my doctor has given me I get to go back to the gym which is tomorrow. So my goal is to go to the gym 5 days this week out of 7. Even if it's just for stretching. And also to avoid gluten at all costs
