I've succesfully resisted carbs and sugar all week!

Not drank diet coke, it triggered cravings.

Now that my Keto Flu seems to be getting better I'm hoping to do atleast a 15 minute workout a day and finally activate that yoga 2 month membership I got for Christmas. Sleep more.
