Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prep and bringing lunch to work. We even had a department lunch offsite and I was able to order very healthy during that lunch.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’d really like to workout more. I’m getting used to a new work schedule so I figure, one small victory at a time.
