I'm new to DietBet too! I have found that keeping track of my food intake vs. calories burned has helped me stay on track. The trick is loging in daily to track my progress! I fell off the wagon with my gym routine and just got back with the program this week. Congrats and be proud of yourself for getting in there. I have struggled with a slugish metabolism as well and will be 45 in September, not getting easier.
