Completed week one C25K, signed up for a 5K in Colonial Williamsburg, VA.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Very hard on myself for wanting sugar. I craved it and I was having very negative thoughts about how horrible I was. I shouldnt be so hard on myself

We have made and packed our lunches so far this week. It has really helped.

Aunt-Flo came to visit, causing me to hold on to extra water weight. Went up 2.2lbs.

I avoided the ever so tempting pizza!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't get to the gym as planned. Ive been sick for 2.5 weeks with a cough, sinus and ears infection. I did track in mfp as planned.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging has been continuing to make good choices. I tend to fall back on baf habits very quickly, when given an opportunity.
