Non-scale victory of the week!
I've got a lot more energy (which is saying something because I've been sick). I'm also getting better that listening to my body instead of just indulging myself.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think considering how sick I've been I did a very good job of staying on track, writing down my food and eating meals at the table. I wish I could stop myself from being so emotional towards the scale.

I want to get "black out" on my daily routine check list. I haven't had a perfect week yet and I think this could be the week!
