Non-scale victory of the week!

Walked extra early on days I had morning appointments. Also, made some better meal choices. Not all but some.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eaten lower carb. Need to cut out too much fruit.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Another trip this week. Goal is to walk enough to burn off the eating out. Also, I need to recalibrate my weight loss w new scale weighing me higher. I feel like I have to lose that weight all over again and I need to get past it.

Was able to get right back to eating well when I got home from Michigan.

I probably shouldn’t have eaten any bread while away.

Another week another trip. I think it will be easy to eat well in LA and I plan on having yummy foo foo food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate out A LOT on a trip and didn’t gain more than salty food bloat. I hope :-)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m going to have to get a new scale when I get a chance. My readout is getting so dim (I think there is baby powder under the display plastic) I had to lean at a crazy angle to get the photo and added 3lbs to my token weigh in.
