Hey, I bet you're like me -- I'll happily take a 0.1 pound loss, week-by-week, if I have to. As long as it's DOWN. I'm in it for the long haul. Michele, we're rooting for you ... hey, how about trying this -- this week, maybe pick a few PARTICULAR things that you know aren't good for this effort, and just cut those few things down (or cut them out). Start with just that daily Starbucks, maybe. Or that extra evening snack. Or add just a 15-minute walk, and choose to take the stairs, and park far away from the door. SMALL stuff adds up. Don't take on the whole world at once ... choose your battles. BUT KEEP UP THE EFFORT! It is SO worth it ... ! You go, girl.
