Non-scale victory of the week!
Eating wasn't too bad...despite pigging out last night.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to learn how to not eat my feelings. Last night ibwas annoyed with Chris. Then I felt angry. I wanted a cigarette but instead opted to stuff my face. Maybe the better of the two options but there must be a correct daybto handle my frustrations. I should havenjust gone to bed but I was too annoyed to sleep next to Chris then.
