Thank you for sharing your story. It really resonates with me as I too went through a career change about a year and a half ago. I had tried to work on my health multiple times back then, but the job stress was too much. I couldn't handle it along with exercising/eating right. Sometimes I was so stressed and depressed that all I wanted was alcohol and fattening foods. It was only after I'd switched jobs and settled into it that I've been able to refocus my efforts to getting healthy.
