Non-scale victory of the week!

Slept 8 hours the last couple nights and ran a 5K on my week off as well as a few strength training days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More strength training days

How would you rate your diet last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Sleep around 8 hours a day and do at least 15min strength training a day as well as stair climbing at work.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping it going and then keeping it off. I've been stuck at my current weight for way too long!

Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day which is hard to do on my night shift schedule. Cut out almost all additional sugar or as much as possible...liquid stevia is my friend! Workout for at least 15min each day even on work nights.
