I LOVE your sweet smile! If there's anything that I can do to help you on your weight loss journey, please don't hesitate to ask. I've tried almost every diet and only two have worked for me: the Daniel Fast where you can only eat fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish or Atkins which puts me in Ketosis for a faster weight loss. I found several great "sweets" that are made with plant protein but tastes like I'm cheating. Atkins sells them as well as Ideal protein. Ideal protein even makes chips that aren't carbs!! I never feel deprived because of it. Good luck!!

Thank you Rene :-) I really appreciate you taking the time to leave me a message on my board. That was super kind of you. I've done it all too... I refuse to take diet pills and increase my risk of heart attack even though my Doctor has tried offering them a million times. I'm also caffeine intolerant, so I can't even rely on some caffeine to help boost my metabolism. I've never actually tried the Daniel Plan, but have heard about it. I might have to look into it. I've done Paleo (lost a lot of weight on it, but it's so restrictive) and that basically turned into a Keto diet, which feels like way too much fat for a fat person to eat. I appreciate you being willing to be someone I can lean on. I need to get re-centered and move forward! I ate a naughty lunch 2 days in a row and my feet and ankles are paying for it holding all my extra water weight. Not tomorrow. I'm not going to let that happen anymore. I need to be on track. I was so good for about 7 weeks in a row then it all went to hell in a handbasket per se. I don't want to gain it all back. I really want to keep hitting goals.

After trying EVERYTHING and not having any luck losing weight, I went to my doctor. The only thing she had to offer me was diet pills. I refused to take drugs! It's such a struggle but I'm here if you want to bounce anything off of me. I think having people to help is a big part of the success of DietBet. I'm paying a small fortune to have a diet coach who weighs and measures me every week. I'm doing Ideal Protein and it's not cheap. The first week I lost 4 pounds and the second week I lost 2. I haven't seen any weight loss this week but my daughter said it's going to take time. That's why I joined the Transformer. Here's to success for both of us!!!
