Non-scale victory of the week!
My once really right pants no longer fit, because they are now too baggy and fall of of me!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have gotten more time in the gym and slept more. That's how it always is though, maybe it's time to change.

My goals for the up coming week is to get 30 minutes more sleep a day than i did last week.
