Non-scale victory of the week!

My once really right pants no longer fit, because they are now too baggy and fall of of me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have gotten more time in the gym and slept more. That's how it always is though, maybe it's time to change.

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for the up coming week is to get 30 minutes more sleep a day than i did last week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

After I buckled down and just ate correctly, my energy has been through the roof. Loving how I'm ready to do whatever without feeling sluggish.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I should have been more active this week. Last week I was able to be active for 6 days. This week its only been 2 days. However; I was very ill for the beginning half of the week. I saw some scale activity though, so that's motivating!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm going to try to stay healthy (aka not ill), eat right for me (veggies, protein, and fruit), and get 4-5 visits in the gym. It's a big week, but I think I will make it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a bad cold this week and took me out for physical activity. So I made sure what I ate (when I could) aligns with my food plan.

I could have drank more water.

Nailing down a sleep routine that provides 2 mornings a week in the gym. And a Friday date night at the gym with the hubby-to-be. Those are my favorites because we get to sit in the hot tub.
