Amy, I read your post about the meeting at school and the promised "meal". First, AWESOME job to you for choosing the veggies! The mentality of those providing the meal is so common in our society and that is why so many of us are struggling with weight and weight related issues. I often run into the same thing at meetings. In fact, I am going to a lunch meeting today and I brought my own food to eat first. I will have some water or iced tea and snack on veggies if any are offered at the meeting. It looks like you are already winning, good luck for continued success!

thanks for the tips I'll keep that in mind for the next meetings I've got a few coming up lol who knows if I start bring my own food they might start offering different options yeah right here's to hoping.
