What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
For me to lose weight I have to be very strict - weighing and measuring all food and drink. This is the reason DietBet works for me is because the game really keeps my attention on the important things in order to lose weight .

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to kickstart my diet with keto for a few weeks, then I should be in the groove and be able to manage a more normal weight loss diet after that. I’m going to build up exercise gradually by walking (with my walker) and try to do a little more each day. I will also use my recumbent exercise bike and build that up too. I hope to get 8 hours of sleep at night.
