Excellent work everyone. Let's keep this going! We all did such a great job of motivating each other — I want to keep the momentum going.

I'm thinking of organizing a game: Robin's Nest in a few days... Are you interested in maybe joining if I do? They say if the bet is $35, there is a greater likelihood of success. What do you think?

I'm actually working on trying to get into a routine with dieting. I need to create some good baselines and habits before I try another Dietbet. Otherwise, I'll never be able to get past the 2 week point. I'm experimenting with 14/10 intermittent fasting right now, and then I'll go from there.

Oooo... too bad. We've all been there. I like this sort of motivation. I guess it is the greedy so-and-so in me that doesn't want to lose the $30. I'm sure you'll continue to do well. This is probably just a little plateau. Chin up!

Hi Lissa.
Looks like we have 4 days left to go! I have to lose 3 lbs in 4 days. I've done it before, but you never know... sometimes things don't go as you plan. I'm going to give it a mad surge for these last 4 days and see what I can do. No food after 6pm (I usually eat supper at like 8:30 pm) and some super local foods. I hope I can pull this off!

I'm not sure what you are talking about ha! I have 2.1 pounds to go, but I'm only down 5.6 pounds.
