Back on to eating correctly, sleepinh, drinking water and working out, and 8,000 steps a day. Was traveling for work before and not eating well. Felt really crummy before, but now feeling much better since eating right and moving more.

Went off track for two days but got back on. Tried to remember what is good for my body, rarher than beating myself up for going off the plan. The only thing i can try to do is try to be reasy for the days that don't go as expected.

Nothing, just keep on remembering this is a life long journey, not a sprint.

Was so tempted by the food at work in the break room and luncheon the last 3 days, i went on a water cleanse for 3 days. This really helped me get through those days. However, by the second day my energy level was way down.

Tried to do a little more activity each day. Had 1 off day for eating.

Nothing, I just keep on trying...when I deviate from the plan, just try again the next day. Just take one day at a time because this is for the rest of my life. Just because the DietBet game is finished, that does not mean this lifelong growth for positive change will end..
