Ok day two which is actually day 4 for me. It is so hard. I've done great so far, but I know I will gain again before I lose. It always happens like that. It's just hard knowing you have to lose so many lbs. by a certain date! We have like 27 more to go ha ha!

The ripped in 30 is harder than the 30 day shred. I only like level 1 & 2 of the ripped in 30! I am doing her kickboxing fast fix now and its pretty fun. I have done the ripped in 30 and 30 day shred about 4 times since last year!

I just saw that you are about the same weight as I am and I thought we may encourage each other. I just lost 11 lbs. and it's getting hard again to drop more. I just hope I can drop the 7 in 4 weeks.
