Non-scale victory of the week!

Diet was on point! Thank god for halo top ice cream! Even with work and less workouts I still got my weigh in goals!!!

Even with my so ‘s birthday:... and a fabulous piece... okay pieces of cake I still lost one pound!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

As always.... diet! Ugh it’s so hard. Trying for no snacks at night.
