04/08/2014 6:51AMWay to go! I use to manage 3 curves facilities. You can really get a great workout there. Keep your clothes in your car (and a travel pass in case you have to drive to boston again). I have seen a lot of people count their workout at curves, but not actually push it. If you want to see results, ask a trainer to workout with you to make sure your form is perfect to work right through the belly of the muscle, and to motivate to to push it the full 30 seconds. Good luck and hope the weather in your area is getting better so you can get outside and run ;)
