I've been working hard at getting in extra steps. It's been really really nice in Boston lately, and I'm trying to exceed 10,000 as often as I can. And this might sound crazy but I also started taking a probiotic. I've been reading so much about how they help with weight control...it's too early to tell if it's helping, but I figure it can't hurt!

Well I am glad to report that I am back on track. I am tired of losing and gaining the same 4 lbs. My plan for Halloween tomorrow is to stay away from the treats. I will make some diet jello and have some full fat whip cream as my sweet treat. How is everyone else going to handle Halloween and all the treats?
I am six months away from turning 50, and I'm really motivated to drop the weight! I'm glad to have a group - it adds to the accountability.

I fell off the wagon last week. I thought I would treat myself to my favorite chocolate bar. Well, I should not have...one treat lead to another and 5 days later I am doing damage control. Back on track today. I just cannot have any sugar as it triggers more cravings. I have also learned that when I am tired I tend to eat more and cannot resist temptation.
How is everyone doing this weekend? I find it is a lot easier to stick with a plan during the work week, but so far I'm doing good!
