Hey everyone! I'm ready to get back in the game. I was doing crossfit on and off for about a year but it led to some new injuries and activation of old injuries. I've been letting this stop be from getting back into my workouts but now I'm ready to proceed...with some caution of course! I want to get back to the shape I was in pre-injuries and eat right to support my workouts. It's going to be tough but hopefully we can all support each other here!
