So frustrated that I may miss my goal over the monthly bloat, which kindly decided to come early this month. Pretty frustrating. Hopefully, if I drink enough water and keep moving, it will pass by Thursday. Almost 3 pounds of "water weight". UGH!!!
Holy cats! I just realized I'm going to have to weigh in with photo next week, and I'll be needing to show my toes! I'd better get a pedicure before the photo... lol
I gained 1/10th of a pound. lol... Must have been the Virgin Mary I drank on the plane coming back from my business trip. I did pretty well, overall!!! :D

I walked 12,000 steps and it's only 6pm! Got home from work, jumped on the scale, and WOOT! Lost another pound. Suddenly feeling energized... Think I'll run up and down the stairs for a while. :D
