Tips to help motivate you is start with 15 mins at a time in your home gym starting is always the hardest but once started you will keep going. Put a tv in the room so you can watch or play music that uplifts you. Mix it up by going for a 20 min walk first to warm up .. remind yourself that this is for you no one else.
