So, I'm posting my running schedule for some accountability because I have a very busy week this week and may need some extra motivation to get all my workouts in. Tuesday 4 miles, Wednesday 2 miles (+Abby's Lower body workout). This weekend I am slated for a 4 mile run (probably Saturday) and a 7 mile run (probably Sunday). What do you all have slated for this week : ) I am going to squeeze a very short WOD + full body training on Friday. Thursday is my rest day!
