Hello Everyone my name is Karla and I decided to give it another go. About 3 years ago I lost 55 pounds and was running 4 miles non stop. Until I stopped, gained all the weight and more and now I am back trying to lose weight and get fit again. Love running. I am now running 3 miles but my time is not good and I am still pretty heavy.
Hello running friends. How has your week been?
Well! 4 miles was all I could muster this weekend. I had very low energy today so I decided to take an extra rest day. I have learned to pay attention to my body in cases like this because there have been too many in the past when I haven't I've ended up injured or ill. It's worth one day to make sure I'm always at my best :)
- Ran my 12k, as promissed. My feet were killing me, so the running time is not brilliant, but it is done!
So, my injured foot is (almost) no longer injured, and yesterdy I gave it another go! 7km running outside, enjoying the sunshine, + 2km in the gym + 1h15 of gym stuff :D

Do any of you have some fun running duel Ideas? Melissa! maybe since you rocked the 10k yesterday you can decide what our duel will be!!
So, I'm posting my running schedule for some accountability because I have a very busy week this week and may need some extra motivation to get all my workouts in. Tuesday 4 miles, Wednesday 2 miles (+Abby's Lower body workout). This weekend I am slated for a 4 mile run (probably Saturday) and a 7 mile run (probably Sunday). What do you all have slated for this week : ) I am going to squeeze a very short WOD + full body training on Friday. Thursday is my rest day!
