It is important for me to set realistic goals. I also need to set short term goals. I like the 4 week games because they give me a great short term focus. I also joined a 6 month game for the long game. My exercise goal is to get some weight lifting and cardio in 5x per week no matter what hurts or how bad it hurts (old injuries). I got 40 minutes on the recumbent today. Felt great
