The main purpose of the Keto diet is to cut carbs/sugars down so that your body begins to utilize its fat stores for energy. It is the best diet for me. The first three days are tough, as your body adjusts to not having the constant source of energy that simple carbs/sugar provide. You must stay hydrated.
