- This was back in August, 2013, at the Amesbury, Massachusetts, Sprint. I went down to my lowest weight of 224 lbs. I skyrocketed up to 288 in the last 4 years. I gradually came down during the summer to 282 lbs. I started working out 4 days a week 6 weeks ago and I'm now at 252 lbs. I'm looking forward to running 2 trifectas next year while being under 200 lbs.
