Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran my best mile at 9:35. Attended my first Crossfit class and burned 4500 cal that day. Hit 215.0 lbs.

Run a 1 mile easier and very, very close to 10 minute mark. Broke 224. Came in at 223.1 on Jan 31st, 2018. That is officially lower weight than the weight lost in 2013.

Ran a mile in my fastest time so far: 10:55. Swim 1K daily with ease and feel like increasing to 50 laps from 40. Fit into my old North Face fleece jacket. Need to donate most of my clothing because they're too big.
