Non-scale victory of the week!

Not sure this counts as a victory but I was able to do a photo shoot and didn’t try to edit very posible picture afterwards

Non-scale victory of the week!

I excercise more than three times last week. I had some down moments with food but even then I did not tortured myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to stop torturing myself over the smallest little detail. Is a constant struggle to overthink everything.

Emotional stability, it might sound crazy but this is very strong subject in my health journey, I do nothing by losing weight if I’m not feeling good about myself.

I have issues with completing the goals I set up for myself. Staying motivated is not easy and is hard to handle the eating part.
