Meal prep/lunches have been great, went up on my weights for Liift4

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Weekend was my weak end...ed Sheeran concert and night out with gf included drinks and poor food choices. No regrets, just consequences.

Adding stepbet back in, step goals are much higher and I see this to be a challenge with the colder weather. I bought workout pants so that I don’t have any excuses
