Made it through a couple of personal stressful situations without binge eating. Weight is starting to drop again.

Handled a stressful situation a little better but I didn't keep myself from going too crazy eating.

Resisted getting a shamrock shake when I have been craving them for weeks! Also didn't get fast food despite driving 4hrs today.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Shouldn't have pushed myself so hard during our extra long walk and tried jogging at the end. I ended up with shin splints and have been paying for it the last two days.
