Welcome to my 30 day challenge! To remain accountable please check-in daily with a photo and/or comment and/or update about your workout of the day. A workout can include a hike, a yoga class, aerobics class, belly dancing, dance class, muscle toning, gym workout, bootcamp, doing the stairs, etc., but must be for a minimum of 45 minutes. Although simply walking at a slow to normal pace is good for you, it does not count as a workout. If you want, give a brief summary of what you did and how you feel. I'm looking forward to this!
