Another think to consider is the balance of electrolytes. Magnesium can throw potassium off and vice versa. Dehydration too can effect headaches as well. Greens, an avocado (high in potassium and also anti inflammatory), coconut water are great additions daily. Could be part of what was helping with the detox. You can use Emergency C as your daily Vitamin for a few weeks. Another is R&R by beach body {work out recovery}. These are better potassium options the pills that would need to be closely monitored. Also good to be working with a natural path or doctor either way. Organic is another great option too. I personally suspect chemicals to be another cause of headaches as well. Canola & corn oil are heavy sprayed crops. Just switch to coconut oil (also anti inflammatory) if you can. Flax instead of wheat. Good luck. Let's get you back to 100% healthy.

Thank you Julie. Those are some of the current changes I've already made. Coconut oil,dairy,gluten, and wheat free. I just started adding flax seed to my natural protein shakes. I am excited to get healthy again!
