Also the flax in the skinny muffins really does a great hormonal clean up/ balancing. You can eat them every day and would only benifit health wise.

Hope someone is reading this, I'm currently wheat,dairy and gluten free. I shop at sprouts and buy a combination of organic and farm fresh products.I make sure everything is natural, no preservatives or antibiotics or artifical sweetners.For my girls and husband I buy them organic milk 2% and 5%. If you ask why, the United states is the only country that allows Cows to be injected with antibiotics to increase their milk production. This in the long run will some how affect my kids in a way I rather not know. My husband was a little hesitant at first but realized it's for the good of all of us. Changes I've noticed, my daughter goes to the bathroom more often she's no longer constipated.
