I have found that the less carbohydrates I eat the less hungry I am. I just finished reading the Paleo diet book and it makes a ton of sense especially because I am gluten-free. I have done great having a piece of fruit in the morning,double egg vegetable no cheese omelette with an avacado for brunch and a salad/protein type dinner.
I have also discovered that I really like an iced Decafcoffee with coconut milk, vanilla And Stevia in the afternoon. Those few calories take away my hunger and I don’t snack.
Finally, I have decided that I’m going to calorie count this time. I think that was part of the cause of limited results in previous diets I have attempted. Did you all know that there is 120 cal in a tablespoon of olive oil?!? I used to be a drizzled...I am now a measurer!:-)
