After finishing the last day of the INSANITY 60 day challenge yesterday, I'm taking a short break before starting it all over again (5 days without working out). So I knew that meant I should not eat as much as when I do workout (and I haven't). Buuut, MyFitnessPal is now yelling at me because I should eat at least 500 more calories and I just don't want to!
I hit 1275 calories today, and that's after eating some mixed nuts, drinking some Muscle Milk, drinking a sugar-full root beer, and having some honey with my tea as snacks. I'm comfortable with that number, and I'm not hungry.
I'll just tell myself this is paying it forward for the inevitable pizza craving.
In other news, I went shopping for some snacks that won't hurt me too much. Say hello to my answer for sweet cravings!
