December is a busy month so I've planned my cheat meals (NOT cheat days, those are BAD) and knowing they're coming up makes it easier not to binge the rest of the week. Here it goes:
Week 1 -- Dec 5th, 2 slices of pizza at Mom's house while make Christmas chocolates.
Week 2 -- Dec 12th, my daughter's family birthday dinner at Friendly's so probably chicken fingers and 1 slice of cake
Dec 13th, birthday party, 2 slices of pizza and 1 serving of ice cream
Week 3 -- no plan yet; may count 12/13 for this week
Week 4 -- Dec 25th, Christmas; nothing major but will allow myself flexibility
Hopefully I can stick to it since it's now in writing for all to see.
