Oh man!! This cleanse is working amazingly!! So far I'm down 5 lbs!! I might actually make goal for the DB10's I'm in!! It's a lost cause for the DB4's but there's always next time for those. ;-)

I know the feeling. I have the "couch potato" bug too. You seem to be doing great! I love seeing other people finding success because it inspires me to do the same! I tend to start thinking that getting fit is impossible, so it's really great to see that others have paved the way and that it's NOT impossible.

I'm with ya... Well I have 1.8 lbs to go before I hit my goal and I plan on getting rid of that this week and 3 zumba classes before Thanksgiving!!!! I'm gonna eat and have a good time!
