That is so awesome, Cara! Definitely let us know how it goes! I signed my family up for a colour run - thinking it will also be insane but well worth the experience. My 8 year old wants to run (and she'll be joining me for a Rock n Roll 5K in Chicago - eek!) and my 5 year old complained every step of the way for the 5K walk that we did in February. We'll see how it all turns out!By the way, so glad to see your post - happy that you are still into running and inspiring your family to stay healthy!!!

You will do great!!! Keep headphones on with a distance tracker(mapmyrun, endomondo) the beginning is crowded but people space out after going through the starting line. Pace yourself stay to the side so you don't feel like your getting trampled , don't let the faster runners intimidate you and don't give up! You got this and will do it with the best time yet!

Diane

I'm sure u will do fabulously!! Can't wait to hear how it went!

Cara, I can relate with the Back issue. While I don't wear "heels" to church, some of my nicer Dress Shoes with an inch heel on them affect me. Sorry you had to go through that again. However, through the process of that and the food you did show great inner strength in catching yourself, fixing, and over coming. You are an inspiration. Keep up the great work.

Nice!!! Its awesome that your body will always be guessing what you're up to next! . I have asthma well controlled, but running up stairs always gets the wind out of me.- It would be nice to challenge my lungs in the future w/ a stairs climb race. Let me know how I can contribute to your climb race!!! Great Plan for the month!!! :-)
