Hi Chante - First thing I want you to do...right now!! I want you to take your right hand and cross it across your chest placing it on your left upper tricep/shoulder, now take your left hand and do it to your right side. Take a deep breath and squeeze yourself, letting out your breath as you HUG yourself! HOLD YOUR HUG and keep breathing....Now for some positive affirmations...SAY I believe in my ability to truly love myself for who I am I accept my body shape and acknowledge the beauty it holds I am the creator of my future and driver of my mind I let go of unhelpful food patterns to be continued...
